Introduction
Ice A Cake
You will learn a variety of skills that can be used on all other cakes.
Learning objectives:
Level a cake.
Prepare a cake for icing (fondant).
Smoothing techniques.
Fixing to cake board.
Basic piping on a message.
Applying ribbon to the cake.
Summary:
Learn how to ice cakes correctly, from start to finish. Add finishing touches to your cake with piping and piping work.

Course Lessons:
Each lesson will normally be 2 hours.
1-2-1 experience where the cake creator will come around the class and speak individually with each class member.
You will gain professional and invaluable tips in sugar craft.
